I was born in a small town in the State of Santa Ana, El Salvador.  I have been a resident of the Northwest Arkansas area since 1996 when my wife, Virginia, our three children and I relocated from Los Angeles, California.  When I came to the Northwest Arkansas area I noticed that there was not a bilingual attorney offering legal services to the growing Hispanic population.  At that time, I noticed a great need in the Immigration Law area.  So, with the support of my wife, I started working to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree from John Brown University.  Afterwards I was admitted to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law, and graduated in May 2002.

I wanted to become an immigration attorney.  However, as I started to practice law, I noticed that the legal need to fill was more than just immigration law.  So, I decided to expand my practice areas to more than just immigration law and to serve more than just the growing Hispanic population.  It is always my commitment to provide professional and competent legal services to all our clients.  I believe that everybody is entitled to have access to our legal system, and we, at the Herrera Law Group, strive to help all individuals to fulfill that right.
